Coaching with WPF means more than teaching ski techniques—it’s about helping kids build confidence, courage, and a love for the outdoors. We’re looking for adults (18+) who are at least intermediate skiers and ready to guide students on beginner terrain. You’ll help them learn control, turning, and stopping—while cheering them on every step of the way. It’s active, rewarding, and unforgettable.

Our volunteers are more than instructors—they're mentors. You’ll help students discover what they’re capable of with persistence and a positive mindset. We teach responsibility as one of our core values: how you choose to respond when things get tough. When students rise to that challenge, it’s because someone like you showed them how.

Safety is more than a rule—it’s a commitment. At WPF, we work to create an environment where every student feels supported, respected, and safe. That’s why we are SafeSport certified. Our team is trained to prevent, recognize, and respond to misconduct and abuse, and we hold ourselves to the highest standards of youth protection. Whether on the slopes or off, our volunteers lead with care and responsibility.
